How we lead

Together they uphold the college mission to produce skilled, character-driven graduates in science, technology, and management, while supporting NBTE standards and campus life at Redemption City.

Teaching & quality

The Rector, Deputy Rector, and Academic Director oversee programme delivery, faculty coordination, and compliance with NBTE academic standards.

Finance & records

The Bursar and Registrar functions manage school fees, bursary matters, student records, and the administrative processes that keep the college running.

Resources & enterprise

The Librarian and Director of Entrepreneurship strengthen learning resources, research support, and skills that prepare students for industry and self-employment.

The Rector

Dr. (Mrs.) Oladunni Izobo-Martins

Chief executive and academic head of the college.

  • Provides overall leadership and institutional direction
  • Represents RECTEM with government, NBTE, and partners
  • Champions student welfare and a safe learning environment

Deputy Rector

Dr. T.A. Olaniyan

Supports the Rector in policy execution and campus administration.

  • Assists in strategic planning and day-to-day management
  • Coordinates cross-department initiatives
  • Acts for the Rector when required
03Academics

Academic Director

Mrs. C.Y. Alonge

Leads academic planning, examinations, and programme quality.

  • Oversees teaching, learning, and assessment schedules
  • Works with schools and departments on curriculum delivery
  • Supports accreditation and academic reporting
04Finance

Bursar

Mr. F.A. Oyewole

Manages finances, fees, and bursary administration.

  • Supervises school fees and payment records
  • Administers bursary and scholarship processing
  • Ensures sound financial stewardship for the college
05Library

Librarian

Mr. T.O. Ayanda

Directs library services and information resources for students and staff.

  • Maintains print and digital learning collections
  • Supports research and study skills for ND and HND students
  • Partners with faculties on information literacy
06Enterprise

Director of Entrepreneurship

Dr. S.S. Onjewu

Leads entrepreneurship education and also serves as Acting Registrar.

  • Drives entrepreneurship programmes and industry engagement
  • Supports student innovation and practical skill development
  • Handles registrar duties in an acting capacity as published by the college
